Beta terms of use

Orbital Red provides tools for exploring public event reports. Reports can be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or outdated. Source links, timestamps, status labels, and approximate location labels should be checked before relying on a report. The service is not an emergency warning system or a substitute for official aviation, navigation, medical, financial, or safety guidance.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your sign-in account secure. Team members can access the investigations and watchlists in their selected team workspace. Do not upload information you lack permission to share or use the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

Subscriptions

The checkout or platform purchase sheet displays the price, renewal period, and applicable terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the original billing provider. AI allowances reset monthly in UTC and do not roll over. Paid access depends on confirmed subscription status. Team subscriptions include up to five members.

Sources and exports

Public availability does not transfer ownership or remove source license conditions. Preserve attribution and follow the original publisher’s terms when using or redistributing information. AI output can contain mistakes; verify its cited evidence.

Beta availability

Features and coverage may change during beta. No uninterrupted availability or completeness is promised. Review the privacy information for account deletion and data handling.
