Will need a bit of a brief history filler for here, before I get into the full featured article. I have a few smaller tattoos from a few years back, but I feel lately that have outgrown them and they are old and faded now. One is of my intials on my right forearm at the wrist area. First tattoo I ever got and I was about a mere 16 years of age when I got it. A friend did it for me out of Indian Ink and a needle. Turned out pretty good, considering....   more »

Well we discussed those who want to get a tattoo on, but what about taking a tattoo off? I , for one have a tattoo or two already. But I looked into getting one removed and it really is quite expensive. ( more than getting a tattoo put on! ) So before you jump the gun and get a tattoo, make sure it's the one for you. Once on, it's there for life. As an alternative for myself, I would go the route of getting your undesired tattoo covered with another one more desireable. It's cheaper and personally I have no problem with tattoos on my body. Just an option to consider.....   more »

Wow! You got your first tattoo. Now it's at that critical first week where you'll need to know how to take care of it. You want the color to stay as rich looking as possible for the many years you'll be displaying it off in a proud fashion. You'll also need to take special care of it in it's first critical days , to prevent any problems from cropping up, like scarring, bleeding or worse yet.... infection .
